Her knowledge base was exceptional and she was always ready to provide helpful ideas and tips to make the property show ready and had a load of information on contractors to get the job done. I was out of town for some of the process and it was no issue for Shaunda, she was great. Listed the house on one day had a open house the next and got it under contract in 4 days, at full listing. Closed on the house in less than a month and there were no issues.

Ana Vega, man she is literally a life saver. During our cross country relocation with a tight timeline she was able to find us not one but two beautiful homes so when things didn’t work out with the first house we were already in the process with the next home. She made our military move and first time home buying process extremely pleasant.
