     Prospecting for leads & working them appropriately
     Expand your SOI by connecting daily with database, lender partners, title partners, other agents, etc.
     Hosting open houses
     Weekly market trend analysis
     Continuing education through KW training, Griffin Group training, GTAR training, CE courses, etc.
