Luke Nolan

Luke began his real estate career directly out of high school in Brisbane Australia at the age of 18. His interest in real estate/development led to working at Ray White, Australasia's largest real estate group. Here he focused on commercial property management, investment sales and leasing of over 300 managed properties around Brisbane.

He returned back to the USA in 2021 after being overseas for 10 years! Here he began working for a high-end custom home builder as a Project Manager & Executive Assistant to the owner. Whilst working full time, Luke also completed a Certificate IV in Commercial Property and a Bachelor of Commerce (Management & Marketing). During his studies, he participated in two international business programs in France.

In 2023 Luke transitioned back into real estate sales with a focus on distressed properties, residential investment properties and development sites around Tampa Bay. Using his project management & construction knowledge he was able to assist investors, flippers and builders with buying suitable assets. Luke is thrilled to now be working with the Griffin Group and looks forward to bringing his unique skill set to the company to help individuals, families & investors with their real estate needs.

Fun Facts: Luke enjoys all things real estate/construction, traveling, running, guitar and being a part of Tampa Bay community groups. If there's an ocean nearby you'll find him surfing or scuba diving!
