My name is Lalaina Huguley, and I bring a wealth of experience and dedication to the real estate industry. Originally from beautiful San Diego, California, I spent my formative years there, attending college and running a successful family business in the service and sales industry for over 27 years. This experience instilled in me a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service skills, and a deep appreciation for helping others achieve their goals.
My real estate journey began as a compliance manager for a large Keller Williams office in Arizona, where I spent over four years learning the intricacies of the business. With guidance from a few incredible mentors, I gained invaluable insights into the industry and developed a solid foundation for my career. Motivated to take my passion further, I obtained my real estate license and became a personal assistant and transaction coordinator (TC) to a top-producing agent. In this role, I helped her successfully build her team over the next five years while managing investor and HUD transactions.
In pursuit of new opportunities and to be closer to family, my husband and I relocated to Florida. Here, I earned my Florida real estate license and joined The Griffin Group, a renowned mega expansion team, as their transaction coordinator. After a few years of dedicated service, I was honored to take on the role of Director of Operations for the team while continuing to serve as their TC. This position has allowed me to further refine my skills in team management, operations, and client service, ensuring seamless transactions and exceptional results for our clients.
When I’m not working, I’m a devoted dog mom who loves spending time at the beach and soaking up the Florida sunshine. I’m passionate about creating positive experiences for my clients and colleagues and look forward to helping you navigate your real estate journey with confidence and ease.
