Originally from Toronto, Adem moved to Bloomington-Normal, IL when he was 2 years old. In February 2017 Adem and his wife Lauryn moved to St. Petersburg, FL to continue the growth of the real estate team. In June 2017 Adem and Lauryn decided to have his 100 year old grandpa move in with them in Florida, and become his full time caretaker. An entrepreneur since the age of 18, Adem enjoys owning and operating businesses.
Adem started his real estate career buying flips and rental properties in 2010 at the age of 18. After having years of success he decided to expand his business and started selling real estate for others. Despite only being licensed for 8 months in 2015 Adem earned the "Rookie of the Year" award. Understanding the vision of others is important to Adem and saw the many opportunities within Keller Williams. In February 2016 Adem became the Director of Expansion for a top team in Illinois. He found his passion in sales, negotiating, networking and helping others grow their business by recruiting and coaching agents. During his time at Keller Williams he was taken with the company culture, education they provide to agents, and the many opportunities for personal growth.
Adem realizes the importance in being aligned with the best in the industry and all of the opportunities within Keller Williams. He is very blessed to be the Team Leader for the Griffin Group. The Griffin Group is a Top 100 team in the nation, Top 10 in Florida, and Top Team in the Greater Tampa Bay area. The Griffin Group has the honor of being coached directly from Gary Keller, the Co-Founder and CEO of Keller Williams, and one of the most successful people in the Real Estate world.
Adem is known for his outstanding concierge level customer service, high tech marketing techniques and being a skilled negotiator. Adem consistently shows his ability to satisfy clients in the buying and selling process of their homes as well as recruiting for the team. He gives the most precious and up to date information on the state of the market, trends, comparable sales and property values giving his clients a realistic outlook on what they can expect to achieve in the current market.
When he isn't assisting his clients with finding a place to call home, or coaching the agents on the team, he enjoys spending time with family and friends. He enjoys staying active in swimming, baseball, soccer, and working out at OrangeTheory Fitness. He truly enjoys the happiness he brings to sellers when he helps them reach their goals of selling for top dollar and also buyers when he assists them in finding their home.
