I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I went to school at HCC and later to Tampa school of Real Estate, but I didn’t get my Real Estate License until 24th of August 2017. I had started working at Ctinvest, a real estate investment company for about 1 ½ year earlier, owned by my father. After leaving that job, I was self-employed flipping homes for about 6 months. Both jobs taught me how to look for undervalued properties. What a deal looks like for an investor, understanding formulas to make sure there is profit in the deal & how to accurately value homes and understand the Tampa Real Estate market.
I’ve lived in Tampa for 9 years in the Hillsborough County. I’ve gone through school here and know the area well. I believe my knowledge of the area gives me an edge in my profession. While residing in Tampa, I have worked with some great organizations which has helped me develop my skills. I have worked with Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and currently being coached by on of the top real estate coaching companies “Tom Ferry”. Back In 2017, my sales volume was ranked number 4th in Florida Luxury Realty with only being half a year in the business and recieved my Luxury Certification through Florida Luxury Realty.
I believe I have a niche in investment properties and working with investors. But, my passion is working with sellers and new home buyers, providing them a solution to their problems. I use the latest technology & marketing methods to market properties. Like Facebook ads, matterport, Home website, professional photography and drone videos etc. I host mega open houses reaching out to hundreds of neighbors throughout the week to have an open house filled with traffic. A lot of times the buyer of your home is right next door or they know someone who would like to live in the area. An open house provides the opportunity of meeting potential buyers.
Knowledge needs to be up-to-date so, I make sure that I keep up with continuing education provided through Keller Williams. To be able to serve you better and stay on top of trending technologies. I tend to stay in communication with my clients and they can call or text me anytime. As I believe one of the most important steps in selling a home is giving the client peace of mind, keeping in contact and providing feedback. I strive to do that with every client. I’m told that I am a great communicator. Making use of that trait, I will listen to your situation to understand, not just respond and find the best possible solution. Which may or may not involve selling your home.
