I was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. However, at the age of 16, I moved to Land O Lakes, Florida. That is where I went to high school too, at the Land O Lakes High School. I started working first when I was 13 years old. I used to work Saturday mornings for my uncle. My job was to deliver bread and potato chips to the local grocery stores for him. In 1998, I started my career in the real estate and began working for a small real estate company consisting of 3 people. Within 2 years, the company grew to 30 people and started handling foreclosures for different banks across the US. That job lead me to become an asset manager for Ocwen. Years after that, in 2005 I started doing real estate sales as a full time thing.
It has been 27 years since I moved from New York. And I have lived a total of 15 years in Land O Lakes. I have watched the area grow exponentially over the last 15 years. Even though so much has changed in the area, I still see some of my old high school friends who had decided to settle in Land O Lakes and raise kids here. It is undeniably a great area to start a family in with great future growth prospects.
From my previous job experiences, I learned the importance of building a trusting relationship with the people I dealt with. My boss taught me how maintaining integrity and reliability lead to people wanting to associate with me. Nobody would want to trust someone with their life savings or important investment decisions if they do not feel like they can put their faith in that person.
As a realtor I believe in getting things done and I have a very determined attitude about it. I do not like sitting around for answers or acting like I am too superior to be doing some things. I would rather get the job done myself and keep on working until I get things done the way I want. Born hustler, I have a very proactive approach towards my work and I like to go out of my way to make sure the needs of my clients are met. This has helped me understand my clients’ requirements better and how to figure out the best way to fulfill them. My experience has also taught me that if there is a problem, there is bound to be a solution for it too. You can’t just sit around waiting for a solution to miraculously appear. Rather, setting the right expectations and doing necessary homework can help overcome any obstacles or address any fears a client may have.
