My name is Lottie Creech. I was born and raised in Homerville, Georgia. I had the privilege to
study at the Brewton Parker College. Since 2005, I have been working at the Hillsborough
County School System. My job includes working with special needs children. The key job
requirements are patience, compassion, a love for helping humanity. I believe that I have
enhanced these skills over time so they will come in handy for whatever job I take in the future.
I also have 30 years of progressive and diverse experience in business, banking, and academic
administration. Additionally, I work as a Notary Public for the state of Florida, DE Underwriter,
and VA-approved Underwriter. Currently, I specialize in serving clients that are first-time
homebuyers along with multiple-purchase families. One of my passions is simply helping people
find the home or investment property that is most suitable. I understand how important it is to
clients and I find I as my duty to assist them in the best possible way.
I believe that the clients should be the focus. This is why they need to be kept in the loop all the
time regardless of being a seller or buyer. For this purpose, communication is the key and I
utilize it to the maximum.
I can optimize internet presence in a KWLS exclusive system. This ensures that the properties
are marketed online 24/7 through over 350 popular search websites. Furthermore, I work with
local and global MLS systems, leading-edge tech tools, virtual tours, and targeting of buyers and
Consistent training is a part of my career. It allows me to stay up to date with the market
trends. I am also well-equipped with skills such as honesty and trust. They help me to keep an
emphasis on the importance of integrity and always manage to do the right thing. This leads to
the priority of the client’s need. It ultimately ingrains the belief inside me that my legacy is from
what I leave behind and how I treated each client served.
As part of my job, I aim to assist and guide my clients through the entire real estate process. I
even support them after a deal has been closed. My clients will feel incredibly accommodated
as I help them navigate through difficult situations by being communicative and promoting a
My schedule as a real estate employee is quite busy. Placing a client first requires due diligence
so free time is rare. But when I do get time, I love giving back to the community. I am quite
involved with activities such as church food drives, food bank volunteering, and assisting the
needy kids at the school I have work been working with. These activities keep me humbled and
grounded. They also help me become more grateful for the job I have with the real estates;
allowing me to work better for the clients.
