Lindsay Davidson

Lindsay Davidson is an active real estate professional in the Tampa Bay area. She has worked with several leading real estate companies and many top producing real estate experts in the Tampa Bay area. This unparalleled education and these positive influences are evident in Lindsay’s career successes and daily interaction with others. Her broad experience has allowed her to develop an in-depth knowledge of Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties, specializing in North Pinellas County.

Lindsay strives to adhere to the highest level of professionalism and integrity with a commitment to the individual real estate needs of each client she serves. She concentrated early in her career on the importance of understanding
contracts and details, following the transaction process closely and thoroughly for each client. She is passionate about being right there with her clients from start to finish, and beyond as she strongly believes that the home buying experience does not end at the closing table.

Lindsay has developed a broad knowledge of the real estate business, having experience in contract negotiations, social media and traditional marketing, foreclosures and short sales, rental investments, remodeling and flipping properties, home staging, mortgage and down payment assistance programs to name just a few. She is always working to increase her knowledge of the complex real estate business. She has worked with a diversity of clients from first-time buyers to buyers and sellers of luxury and waterfront properties in the Tampa Bay area, having valued every client equally.

A Florida-born native, Lindsay spent her early childhood in the Clearwater and Safety Harbor area. Her family moved during late childhood to North Carolina and then to Georgia for her high school years. She graduated with several honor awards and after majoring in business and marketing in college, she returned to her native roots and has been residing in Pinellas County since 2011.

While growing up, Lindsay was exposed to many aspects of real estate through her parent’s ownership of rental properties in the Tampa Bay area. Both her parents (her father, a contractor and her and her mother, an interior designer) shared their vast knowledge and experience with her offering an early education in the many areas of construction, design and real estate.

When not working, Lindsay loves to travel, entertain friends and spend quality time with her family. She is passionate about animals and believes strongly in animal rights awareness. Lindsay is the co-founder of Recycled Paws of Florida, a local non-profit animal rescue group. In her teen years, Lindsay was involved in hands-on animal rescue, fostering animals at home, organizing and overseeing adoption events and fund-raising events. She earned her Girl Scout Silver Award in feral cat rescue. Although Lindsay has no children yet, she has six animals of her own. She continues to support animal welfare and donates to local animal charities.

Through Lindsay’s inherited talents and her lifelong exposure to construction, interior design and real estate, along with her formal education and years of experience working in the real estate field, she has developed a broad knowledge of the industry. This unique combination of skills has given her a vast insight into many areas of real estate allowing her the ability to fully serve a diverse group of clients and meet the unique needs of each. She is dedicated to striving for only the best and does so with every client she serves.
